Program name: Vaccine Vets Text Alerts, operated by Pet Vaccine Clinics of California LLC DBA Vaccine Vets ("Vaccine Vets", "we").
Program description: Recurring automated text messages about our walk-in pet vaccine clinics: this weekend's clinic locations and hours, reminders before we return to a park you have visited, visit-complete notices with a link to your pet's vaccination certificate, and queue or next-in-line notices during a visit.
How to opt in: Enter your mobile number in the "Text me this weekend's parks" form on vaccinevets.com and tap the button; check the SMS box when you check in at a clinic; or text PARKS (English) or VACUNAS (Spanish) to (818) 423-4780. You will receive a confirmation message. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency: About 1 marketing message per week, no more than 6 per month. Transactional messages (visit-complete certificate link, queue notices) vary with your visits.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and we will send no further marketing texts to that number. You can also email hello@vaccinevets.com with your mobile number.

Privacy: Your mobile number and messaging consent data are never shared, sold, or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy, Section 3.3.2.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on transmission from your carrier.
Eligibility: You must be 18 or older and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission.
